Canvas Steps
Creating your own canvas masterpiece is easy, simply follow these steps
1. Upload
You need to upload the image you'd like canvas printed into the YourFramer tool. Simply click on 'choose file' to search for the image you'd like to use. Once you've found the right image simple press 'upload file' to upload the image into the YourFramer tool.
On the right hand side you can see the different examples of how canvasses can be wrapped around the stretcher bar (the wood it's stretched on). You have a choice of white edge or gallery wrap, more information to follow a little bit later.
Click NEXT.
2. Print
In order for us to be able to print your image we will need to know the size you'd like us to print. Select the print format from the drop down box. YourFramer will recommend a suitable option for you.
Select your medium, ie canvas. Images are only printed onto a high quality canvas.
You can now select the size you want from the drop down menu. Once you've selected your size, YourFramer will give you an idea of the print quality of your image.
3. Stretch
There are different ways canvasses can be stretched - with a white edge of gallery wrapped. Canvasses stretched with a white edge simply mean that the edge of the image is at the edge of the stretcher bar, leaving a white edge around the sides. A gallery wrapped image is where part of the image is wrapped around the stretcher bar, showing part of the image around the sides.
Canvases can also be ordered rolled only. This means they're printed onto canvas ready for you to stretch yourself.
Simply select what you like and click NEXT.
4. Frame (if you want one!)
You can frame your canvas too if you want. YourFramer has a large selection of frames to choose from. Simply click on the style you think will suit your image (silver, black, wood etc) and see which would look best with your image. You can change the moulding as often as you want, have a play!
If you hovver over 'detail' underneath the moulding it will give you the dimensions.
If you like your canvas unframed, simply press the Frame Not Required button.
5. Order
Well done, you've created your own canvas print and are now ready to place your order. Click the 'add to basket' button on the top bar and check out. If you'd like to create more beautiful canvasses just 'Add to Basket and Continue'.
The total amount will be calculated for you. Your freight will be added at the end when we have your delivery details.
Your canvasses will be sent to you ready to hang on your wall.
